Job description

Head of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and building long-term customer relationships. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of winning large commercial contracts, navigating complex pharmaceutical supply chains, and creating growth strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development and growth strategies.
  • Identify and secure new pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, OTC, and healthcare packaging opportunities.
  • Build relationships with senior executives, procurement teams, and decision-makers within pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare companies.
  • Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, brand owners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
