Ferguson Industrial is currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Quotations Coordinator (Industrial Plastics/HDPE) to join our Industrial Managed Services team. This role is critical to supporting our Industrial business by developing competitive quotations and ensuring alignment with project specifications and customer expectations.
The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Quotations Coordinator will include but is not limited to:
  • Review and understand plans and specifications to assure material quoted complies with project requirements
  • Developing competitive quotations according to local market strategy
  • Maintain profitable margins by utilizing preferred sourcing methods
  • Engage with Vendors to negotiate and obtain pricing in a timely manner
  • Establish positive relationships with internal and external customers to receive accurate follow-up details
  • Ensure accurate follow-up and documentation of quotation details

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years' experience with quotations or inside sales required
  • Previous experience and/or knowledge of Industrial Plastics business preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Office 365 required, applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output
  • Self-motivated, team and goal oriented
  • High aptitude for working independently and self-management
  • Ability to effectively multitask in a highly deadline driven environment
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills

Pay Range:
$15.00 - $36.49
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
