The full performance level class works under general supervision & requires considerable knowledge of maintenance repair in order to perform semi-skilled & skilled maintenance repair work. Monitors inventory of supplies, equipment, tools, and parts; orders supplies as needed. Obtains cost estimates and price information for specific jobs.
Documents and reports damage and possible problems; coordinates work with contractors and tracks progress of work. Provides technical advice to co-workers in area of specialty such as electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.) and 2+ yrs. experience performing related trades duties and/or repair (e.g., basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry & use of associated hand & power tools & equipment); valid Ohio Driver's License.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above may be substituted for the education and/or experience required. Education and Experience may not be substituted for mandated licensure/certification.
