  • Experience Developing Native Applications for Windows Platform (Preferably with C#).
  • Must have worked as TPM in the last 2-3 projects.
  • Must have understanding of Software development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong problem-solving skills are crucial for identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • A solid understanding of system architecture, including hardware, software, and networking components, is necessary to grasp the technical requirements of the project and make informed decisions.
  • Good Communication and documentation skills.
  • Candidates should be able to act as a bridge between HCL Customer, HCL Customer's customer and HCL internal development team.
  • Work with an offshore team (India) to ensure timely delivery of a windows based app.
