Position Overview:

Are you ready to make a real difference in someone's life? We are urgently seeking an HCA Caregiver who is passionate, reliable, and ready to start immediately. If you're someone who thrives on helping others and enjoys working in a supportive and rewarding environment, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help with meal planning and preparation.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's health status.


Qualifications:
  • Experience in assisted living or similar environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medication administration protocols.
  • Compassionate approach to care, especially for clients with autism, dementia, or those in hospice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors with effective techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid procedures.
  • Physically capable of heavy lifting and assisting with transfers.
  • Must be able to drive within a 25-mile radius.
