This position provides specialized support and advisory services to the Administrative Division within the Enterprise Emergency Operations Group, a shared service for the EEOG. The Administrative Division centralizes and delivers essential administrative, operational, and strategic assistance to key organizational departments, including Emergency Management, Security Services, Business Continuity, and the Risk Information &โ€ and Intelligence Center (RIIC). The role focuses on optimizing processes, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals to improve efficiency, reduce redundancies, and support resilience across these critical areas.

ResponsibilitiesQuality
  • Lend subjectโ€‘matter and technical support for all stakeholders regarding industry bestโ€‘practice techniques that will enhance programs.
  • Ensure projects are supported while adhering to organizational standards and procedures.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of EEOG strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to the needs of Emergency Management, Security Services, Business Continuity, and the RIIC, assessing current models and recommending improvements.
  • Manage challenging and wideโ€‘reaching decisions, address unique problems, and balance the interests of all relevant stakeholders and regulatory agencies.

  • Possess excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills that foster strong working relationships across a large team and group of stakeholders.

  • Develop program recommendations for each service based on allotted project budget.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare security, safety, or emergency management leadership role (preferred).
  • Healthcare Security, Safety and/or Emergency Management Certification (preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Certification (preferred).
