The HCA is responsible for monitoring patients' conditions, reporting changes promptly, and helping with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a recognized Healthcare Assistant or Nursing Assistant training program.
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent, as required by state regulations.
