About the Role:

The Healthcare Assistant (HCA) plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care within various healthcare settings across the United States. The HCA is responsible for monitoring patients' conditions, reporting changes promptly, and helping with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition. By fostering a compassionate and respectful environment, the HCA contributes significantly to positive patient experiences and outcomes. Ultimately, this role is essential in bridging the gap between patients and clinical teams, ensuring seamless and effective healthcare delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a recognized Healthcare Assistant or Nursing Assistant training program.
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent, as required by state regulations.
