Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Hazmat Certified CDL Driver to join our team in a full-time capacity. This dynamic role involves transporting hazardous materials and freight across various routes, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company standards. As a key member of our logistics operation, you will deliver essential materials efficiently and responsibly, maintaining the highest levels of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Your expertise in commercial driving combined with your ability to handle specialized equipment will drive our success forward. Responsibilities * Safely operate tractor-trailers, including trucks with manual transmissions, to transport hazardous and non-hazardous freight across designated routes. * Drive various types of vehicles including van trailers, flatbeds, box trucks, and specialized equipment for different cargo needs.

* Maintain compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including proper documentation for hazardous materials (Hazmat). * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness; report any mechanical issues promptly. * Follow designated routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols; optimize delivery schedules for timely service.

* Requirements * Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat certification; endorsement for tanker, flatbed is required. * Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery route driving and load & unload operations. * Demonstrated ability to operate manual transmission trucks safely and efficiently.

* Experience with freight handling equipment such as forklifts or dump trucks is a plus. * Knowledge of DOT regulations related to hazardous materials transportation and safety procedures. * Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy loads and securing cargo properly.
