Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect / Technical Lead to support HashiCorp onboarding initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership skills along with a solid understanding of HashiCorp Vault, Terraform, cloud deployment, databases, and IAM/security environments.

The role will coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage project milestones and dependencies, track risks and issues, and ensure successful delivery across security, architecture, cloud, ServiceNow, and governance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate complex, multi-phase HashiCorp onboarding and technology deployments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across ServiceNow, HashiCorp Vault, Terraform, Cloud, Architecture, Security, and Governance.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
  • Lead weekly governance meetings, steering meetings, and executive status updates.
  • Coordinate vendor teams and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Communicate technical requirements between SMEs, security teams, architects, and leadership.
  • Track project progress, identify delays and blockers, and proactively escalate issues.
  • Prepare concise executive-level reports, dashboards, status updates, and project documentation.
  • Translate technical progress and issues into clear business impacts for leadership.
  • Facilitate cross-team alignment, clarify ownership, and drive timely issue resolution.
  • Leverage automation and AI tools to improve project documentation, reporting, planning, status summaries, and risk tracking.
  • Support financial tracking, RAID management, decisions, and project governance activities.
  • Work within enterprise security, change management, and approval processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience managing complex, multi-phase technology projects and deployments.
  • Good understanding of HashiCorp Vault, Terraform, cloud deployment concepts, and database platforms.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong project planning, scheduling, dependency, risk, and issue management skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical SMEs, security teams, architects, vendors, and executives.
  • Experience managing delays, escalating blockers, and driving issue resolution.
  • Experience with automation and AI-enabled project management tools and processes.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with IAM and security-related technology initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and HashiCorp onboarding processes.
  • Experience working with enterprise governance and approval workflows.
  • Familiarity with security scanning, change management, and interlock processes.
  • Experience working in an AT&T enterprise environment is preferred.
