About the role
Concept Plus is seeking an Infrastructure-as-Code / DevOps Engineer to build the automation backbone for client OCI onboarding - standardized, repeatable Infrastructure-as-Code patterns and pipelines that accelerate tenant provisioning and enforce governance and security by default.
What you'll do
  • Develop and maintain Terraform and OCI Resource Manager code for standardized onboarding patterns.
  • Automate provisioning of landing zones, compartments, identity domains, governance controls, and network baselines.
  • Establish reusable templates for DNS, VCN, interconnects, Cloud Guard, logging, IAM policies, and tagging.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines and enforce policy-as-code and configuration standards.
  • Accelerate new tenant provisioning to support client program growth.

Required Qualifications
  • US Citizen
  • Expert Terraform and OCI Resource Manager (IaC) experience.
  • Strong OCI platform knowledge (IAM, networking, Cloud Guard, logging, tagging).
  • CI/CD tooling and Git-based workflow experience.
  • Scripting proficiency (Python, Bash, or similar).
  • Experience enforcing security/compliance guardrails via automation.
  • Must satisfy client security requirements and obtain/maintain applicable client background investigation and clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Policy-as-code (OPA/Sentinel) experience.
  • Multi-cloud IaC experience.
  • Prior federal/CMS automation experience.
  • 6+ years DevOps/automation with 3+ years IaC (Terraform) and 2+ years on OCI. HashiCorp Terraform Associate and OCI certifications preferred.
