During peak season, harvest workers often face challenges such as working long hours in varying weather conditions, maintaining a fast but safe pace to meet productivity targets, and handling physically demanding tasks repeatedly. Effective management includes staying hydrated, taking scheduled breaks, using proper lifting techniques, and wearing appropriate protective gear. Teamwork and clear communication with supervisors also help address issues quickly and ensure a safer, more productive work environment.
