Position Overview: Project Superintendent
Supervises the field construction of a project including planning, directing and coordinating activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of the project and the company are accomplished timely, safely and within budgetary parameters. *Travel Required*
Responsibilities:
  • Plans, reviews, and monitors the project with Project Manager and staff
  • Reviews and understands project specifications, the contract, and the contract's general conditions, and confirms that all materials and subcontractor work complies with contract documents and quality specifications.
  • Reviews proposals and action plans to determine project timelines, funding parameters, and implementation procedures for project staffing requirements and necessary resources for successful project completion
  • Coordinates the schedule, safety management, and quality of workmanship, including monitoring the company's Quality Control Program

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in construction
  • Proven ability to manage projects from mobilization to completion
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel is a plus
  • Knowledge of OSHA and safety best practices
  • Proficiency in construction management software a plus

Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday
    Some weekends may be required based on project needs
