Description
TeamHealth is seeking emergency medicine physicians for the new Seton Medical Center Harker Heights South Campus freestanding emergency department in Belton, Texas. This brand new FSED is opening late 2026. Enjoy the flexibility of a lower-volume freestanding emergency department with the option to pick up additional shifts at the affiliated TeamHealth emergency department.
Opportunity Highlights
  • Expected December 2026 opening (projected opening date subject to construction timeline and operational readiness)
  • PRN, part-time, and full-time opportunities available

  • 12-hour shifts
  • Projected volume of approximately 25 patients per day

Flexible Practice Options
Physicians may practice exclusively at the new FSED or supplement their schedule with shifts at the affiliated TeamHealth emergency department, Seton Medical Center Harker Heights.

  • EPIC EMR
  • 10-hour physician shifts
  • 40 physician hours daily
  • 40 APC hours daily
  • Experienced TeamHealth physician and APC team

Compensation and Benefits
  • Full-time status achieved at just 10 shifts per month (120 hours/month)
  • Full-time physicians are eligible for health insurance and TeamHealth benefits
