Hardware Store Counter Sales Associate (Bilingual English/Spanish) 

Location: Miami, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time $40,000 to $55,000

About the Position

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Hardware Store Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoys helping customers, and has experience in hardware, construction supplies, plumbing, electrical, paint, or building materials.

As the first point of contact, you will assist customers in selecting products, process sales, provide product recommendations, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist customers in locating hardware, tools, plumbing, electrical, paint, and building supply products.
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and project requirements.
  • Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain organized shelves, displays, and inventory.
  • Receive, stock, and replenish merchandise.
  • Answer phone inquiries and provide product information.
  • Assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
