Job description

Assumes full responsibility for the operation of a Goodwill Retail store when the manager is not on duty.
Responsible for leading, motivating, coaching and training the store employees while achieving and maximizing sales goals in compliance with company goals, policies and procedures.
Must have prior retail/operations management experience. Ready-to-wear environment preferred. Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in the English language.
