What you'll do:

The Hardware/C-Store Manager is responsible for creating a collaborative and efficient environment to drive our success. Effective communication, execution, and leadership skills are crucial for team oversight and achieving organizational goals. This role is responsible for upholding all standards and operational excellence related to financial and inventory management.ย  Youย will establish strategies, goals, and objectives for the store and identify areas for improvement. This role oversees, coaches and develops team members and team leaders, providing day-to-day direction and guidance, including performance management and training.

Who you are:ย 

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

  • You have Grade 12 education. Post-secondary education would be considered an asset.
