Signs of Success in Santa Maria, CA is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll be the backbone of our installation operations, keeping projects on track, teams aligned, and customers informed from start to finish. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy bringing order to complex schedules and moving projects forward, this is the opportunity for you.
In this role, you'll work with Project Managers, Production, Vendors, Site Superintendents, Customers, and Installation Crews to keep projects organized and moving forward. You'll help ensure installations are properly planned, crews arrive prepared, and project information is accurate and complete.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Coordinate installation schedules, field crews, subcontractors, equipment rentals, travel arrangements, and site logistics.
  • Contact contractors, superintendents, and customers to verify site readiness, access requirements, project phasing, site restrictions, and scheduling needs.
  • Review installation packets to ensure drawings, hardware, permits, contact information, and site instructions are complete and accurate.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Production, Purchasing, and Vendors to confirm material availability and installation readiness.
  • Communicate project updates and scheduling changes with customers, internal teams, and field personnel.
  • Help installers leave prepared with the materials, documentation, site contacts, and information needed for successful installations.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts, missing information, and potential project delays, then help coordinate solutions.
  • Collect installation photos, field reports, and completion documentation following project completion.
  • Maintain organized project records and accurate status updates.
  • Participate in weekly planning meetings to review completed work, upcoming installations, and project priorities.
