This is a full-time role for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer specializing in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems and test automation, working across embedded systems, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps tooling.
This role is ideal for a highly technical engineer who thrives on building scalable systems from the ground up. The standout feature of this opportunity is ownership. Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in embedded systems, robotics, or hardware-software systems
  • Strong experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) or Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) systems
  • Proficiency in Python for automation and framework development
  • Experience designing scalable automation systems (multi-device, distributed environments)
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, or similar)
  • Experience with Docker/containerized environments
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
  • Experience with embedded communication protocols (Ethernet, CAN, BLE, Wi-Fi)
  • Strong debugging skills across hardware and software layers
  • Ability to design modular, maintainable systems
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with distributed systems or test orchestration platforms
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and observability tools (Azure, Grafana, etc.)
  • Knowledge of safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262)
  • Experience with hardware fixtures or lab infrastructure design
