Job Title: Network Engineer - IV

Job Location: Branchburg, NJ
1 Day a week in the office rest remote

Role Overview:
As a Network Security Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end deployment of F5 firewalls and secure network infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between high-level architectural design and hands-on implementation, ensuring our network remains robust, scalable, and secure. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer who enjoys a mix of hardware deployment, advanced configuration, and cutting-edge automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deployment: Execute the full lifecycle deployment of F5 firewalls
  • Troubleshooting: Perform deep-dive L1-L3 network analysis to resolve complex connectivity and performance issues.
  • Optimization: Utilize NMS, SIEM, and SNMP-based tools to monitor network health and report on performance metrics.
  • Modernization: Integrate Ansible and AI-driven workflows to accelerate deployment timelines and reduce manual overhead.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of advanced config/admin with F5 and/or Juniper SRX.
  • 1-2 years experience with Nokia (preferred), Juniper, or Cisco systems.
  • Expertise in L1/2/3 troubleshooting, network architecture
  • Proficiency in SNMP, NMS, SIEM, and element management systems.
  • Familiarity with Linux, Virtualization, Proxies, and WAN Optimization.
  • Ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments with strong project management and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Ansible or similar orchestration platforms to streamline network tasks.
  • Experience developing AI Agents or LLM-based tools to automate deployment workflows.
  • Relevant F5 (F5-CA/CTS) or Juniper (JNCIA/JNCIS) certifications.
