Join our amazing team where the opportunities are endless. We are looking for a hardware department manager for our Park Ridge location. The individual will manage the hardware section and ensure customers are provided an AMAZING experience, every time.
You will serve as part of a team, ensuring that customer engagement is the top priority, while also assisting in the daily visual and operational maintenance of the store.
The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience and solid working knowledge involving hardware. Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends. This is a full-time position.
Requirements:
• Stock shelves with back stock product and incoming freight for the day.
• Set and remove Ad prices for the appropriate sales and check for pricing accuracy.
• Maintain displays and face shelved products.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
