We connect dependable, skilled talent with companies needing top-tier support across skilled trades, labor, and operational excellence.Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable and skilled Residential Siding Installer to lead and assist in exterior siding installations, repairs, and replacements on single-family homes. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision work, maintains a safe job site, and delivers exceptional craftsmanship on every project.What You'll Do:Install various exterior siding systems, including James Hardie/fiber cement, vinyl, wood, and engineered wood siding.Measure, cut, and fit siding, trim, soffit, fascia, and house wrap with clean, accurate cuts and weather-tight seals.Inspect, repair, or replace damaged sub-framing, sheathing, and flashing as needed prior to installation.Operate hand tools, power tools, brake equipment, and scaffolding safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while communicating professionally with homeowners and project managers.What We're Looking For:Experience: 2+ years of proven residential siding installation experience (fiber cement/James Hardie experience preferred).Skills: Proficiency with siding tools, aluminum brakes, power saws, pneumatic nailers, and hand tools.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs, work comfortably at heights on ladders/scaffolding, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Requirements: A valid driver's license, reliable transportation to project sites around San Antonio, and your own basic hand tools.Mindset: Strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship, punctual, and a team-first attitude.What We Offer:Competitive Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour (Hourly rate commensurate with experience).Weekly Pay: Dependable, consistent pay schedules.Steady Local Work: Year-round local project assignments throughout the greater San Antonio area.Growth Opportunities: Room for advancement into Crew Lead or Field Foreman roles.For Information: Call Annette at 210-889-1873 or Michael @ 210-264-5291 / michael@redgrasshopper.com
