Job description

The Branch Manager is expected to:
  • Supervise multiple employees
  • Fill out reports
  • Counter Sales
  • Some outside sales
  • Fill cylinders
  • Assist customers load and unload gas and hardgoods
  • Assist outside sales

Experience
Position requires 3 or more years of management experience, preferably with an industrial or welding supply distributorship. If the applicant does not have management experience, they must be very familiar and knowledgeable of welding equipment, safety equipment, and all major tools.
Knowledge
Knowledge of personal computers and associated business software (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred); knowledge of welding equipment, tools, safety supplies and equipment, and industrial equipment and essential to the position.
Skills & Abilities
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; efficient and effective problem solving skills; ability to work quickly and accurately against deadlines; self-starter; must pay attention to detail.
