• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices, to foster healing and personal growth.
• Develop personalized treatment plans with clear objectives tailored to individuals' needs.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and seamless care.
• Provide crisis intervention and develop risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
