Who Should Apply

Multi-skilled technicians with a preference shown for drywall repair and/or carpentry skills to help us service our customers.

You can perform all or most of the following tasks:

  • Maintenance and light repairs
  • Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks, etc.)
  • Undertake light installation or carpentry (e.g. fix cabinets)
  • Diagnose and fix general repairs (e.g., cabinet hinges, draw glides, ceiling tiles, patching and painting, etc.)
  • Read and report off of a tape measure
  • Fabricate and install cabinetry, trim, and furniture
  • Diagnosis and fix minor electrical and plumbing
  • Identify and report the need for major repairs
  • Provide accurate and honest solutions

You have a customer service mindset. You take pride in your work, pay attention to details, and care about getting the job done right. You say what you're going to do and do what you say you're going to do.

You have your own tools and can provide reliable transportation during the probationary period.

You have a smart phone and can easily navigate apps for time tracking, scheduling, and to upload receipts.

You can pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening. You can pass additional ad-hoc drug screenings.

You want a regular schedule of work Monday - Friday and are able to work after hours (after 7pm and before 7am) when scheduled in advance. After hours is paid at time and a half.
