Job description

Location Manager - Simard Automotive | Point S
4647 Old Seward Highway, Anchorage, AK | Full-Time
Lead From the Front. Build Something Elite.
We're Simard Automotive, a growing family of seven Point S locations across Anchorage and Fairbanks - and we're just getting started. We believe leadership is service: leaders who show up for their team first, set the standard, and build shops where great people do great work and customers come back for life.
Our Old Seward store is a fast-paced, high-volume operation running fast lube, full-service mechanical repair, and tire sales and service under one roof. We need a Location Manager who can run all three at speed - someone who thrives at the counter, walks the shop floor, and never asks the team to do something they wouldn't do themselves.
What You'll Own
  • Daily operations of a busy multi-service store: fast lube lanes, mechanical bays, and tire service - keeping cars moving and quality high
  • The customer experience from the first phone call to the final handshake
  • Coaching and developing your service advisors and technicians into the best versions of themselves
  • Store performance: car count, sales, gross profit, and five-star reviews
  • A culture built on our core values: Integrity, Dependability, Excellence, Empathy, and Attentiveness

Who You Are
  • Extensive service advisor experience (required).
  • You've mastered the front counter of a busy repair shop - building accurate estimates, presenting work with confidence, earning customer trust, and keeping the schedule full and flowing.
  • A proven shop runner. You know how to orchestrate a fast-paced operation - balancing quick lube throughput, mechanical workflow, and tire service without dropping the ball on customers or crew.
  • Tire knowledge preferred. Sales, service, and surviving the seasonal changeover rush - this is Alaska, after all.
  • A servant leader. You develop people, hold standards with empathy, and lead by example every single day.
  • ASE certifications preferred, not required.

Why Simard
  • Purpose. We exist to serve our customers, our team, and our community with excellence - and we mean it.
  • Growth. We're building toward 15 stores across Alaska. Strong leaders here have a real path forward.
  • Elite culture. Structured training and development, a leadership team that invests in you, and teammates who take pride in their craft.
  • Stability. Locally owned, well-established, and here for the long haul.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary + bonus
  • Health
  • PTO
  • Dental
  • Gym membership
  • Retirement

Ready to lead one of Alaska's premier automotive teams? Apply today - we can't wait to meet you.
