Location: Interior Alaska (Delta Junction)
Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Salary range is $137,000 depending on FQHC, 301B and retail pharmacy experience.

Cross Road Health Ministries is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our team in serving rural Alaskan communities with accessible, quality, and compassionate care. As part of a faith-based, mission-driven organization, you’ll support our clinics and patients in delivering safe, effective, and Christ-centered pharmacy services.
You’ll work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team and enjoy the beauty of Alaska’s wilderness, wildlife, and community life — all while making a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense and verify prescriptions for clinic patients in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Counsel patients on medications, interactions, and adherence
  • Collaborate with providers to support safe, effective prescribing and chronic disease management
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control, storage, and recordkeeping requirements
  • Participate in quality improvement and regulatory readiness efforts
     
Qualifications
 
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy
  • Current or eligible for Alaska pharmacist licensure
  • Commitment to serving in a Christian mission-based organization
  • Willingness to relocate to rural Alaska
  • Prior experience in ambulatory, outpatient, or clinical pharmacy preferred
