Your Role in the Hive: What You'll Do

  • Sew custom patches onto apparel using industrial sewing machines
  • Help prepare patches to be sewn
  • Follow work instructions and meet quality standards with care and accuracy
  • Help with other general tasks and learn new techniques
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safety conscious work area
  • Re-threads and troubleshoots sewing machines as needed


Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Any level of sewing experience from beginner to advanced
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to read and understand measuring tools
