Compensation:

$15 - $17 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage guest check-outs and ensure billing accuracy.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
  • Balance cash drawer and perform daily shift audits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe front desk area.
