Responsibilities and requirements:
  • This position will be inside hotel rooms, the hotel public areas and outside on the grounds of the property
  • Will work outside in the pool and spa area, light groundskeeping, some irrigation repair, change lights in parking lot
  • Will work inside guest rooms making repairs, will work in public guest areas making repairs, will work in back of the house areas making repairs
  • May be required to go up onto the roof of the property
  • Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 75lbs
  • Computer literate, able to locate supplies and parts online
  • Working on a ladder or hydraulic lift
  • Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
  • Perform work in a timely manner
  • Pleasant demeanor able to work with staff and guests in a positive manner

Qualifications:
  • Able to lift, stand, carry tools and equipment- some work outdoors required
  • Ability to manage and maintain public pool, spa and equipment
  • Have some previous experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Familiarity with fire suppression systems and panels
  • General maintenance and repair knowledge of HVAC systems, in room A/C, etc
