If you enjoy connecting with guests at breakfast, ensuring guest satisfaction and provide service recovery when needed, and you have 2 years of experience as a Breakfast Attendant, and High School diploma or higher-level education, this may be the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • To maximize guest satisfaction by providing neat and clean breakfast in accordance with standards of Greens and the Brand.
  • Responsible for the usage and organization of food supplies.
  • Understands and implements the mission statement, values, and culture always.

The ideal candidate:

  • Multi-task, detail oriented, remain service-centric
  • Communicate with guests, co-workers, receiving and transmitting mail, phone, and written messages and relay pertinent information using log books
  • Manage time effectively
  • Assist with guest issues with professionalism maintaining hospitable attitude.
  • Computer literate to thoroughly operate property management systems: post charges, compute bills, collect payment, and make change
