Location: Gulf Breeze, Florida
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CST
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour, paid biweekly

About the Role

We are seeking an organized, personable, and motivated Sales Coordinator to support the Sales and Marketing efforts of two Hilton-branded hotels in Gulf Breeze, Florida:

  • Hampton Inn & Suites Pensacola/Gulf Breeze
  • Home2 Suites by Hilton Gulf Breeze Pensacola Area

This is a dual-property, on-site position with the primary office located at the Hampton Inn & Suites Pensacola/Gulf Breeze.

Our ideal candidate has previous hotel experience and enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping turn sales opportunities into great guest and group experiences. Previous hotel sales or Sales Coordinator experience is highly valued, but it is not required. We also welcome hotel professionals from Front Desk, Guest Services, Reservations, or other operations roles who are interested in growing into hotel sales. Prior sales experience in any industry is a plus.

For the right candidate, this is a great opportunity to strengthen existing sales experience or develop new skills with the potential to grow into a future Sales Manager role.

What You'll Do:
  • Support group and sales business from initial inquiry through arrival and follow-up.
  • Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, group resumes, event orders, presentations, and other sales documents.
  • Assist with group room blocks, rooming lists, pickup tracking, reservations, special requests, and group arrivals.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, meeting planners, group contacts, and local business partners.
  • Maintain accurate account, group, contract, and sales activity records in Delphi FDC and applicable Hilton systems.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist with tracking leads, bookings, group pickup, account production, and sales activities.
  • Support prospecting, client follow-up, site tours, local sales efforts, networking, and community partnerships.
  • Assist with hotel marketing, promotions, social media content, sales collateral, and maintaining accurate online hotel information.
  • Communicate upcoming groups, events, VIPs, and special requests with hotel departments to help ensure successful execution.
  • Provide on-site support for key group arrivals, meetings, client functions, and hotel events as needed.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous hotel or hospitality work experience required.
  • Previous hotel sales, Sales Coordinator, group sales, or event coordination experience is highly preferred.
  • Hilton hotel experience is highly preferred; experience with other major hotel brands is also valuable.
  • Front Desk, Guest Services, Reservations, Front Office, or other hotel operations experience is welcomed.
  • Previous sales or business development experience in any industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Professional and comfortable communicating with guests, clients, meeting planners, and community partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Delphi FDC, Hilton PEP, OnQ, or other hotel systems is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Schedule & Work Location

This is a full-time, on-site position and is not remote.

The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CST, with occasional flexibility needed for group arrivals, meetings, client functions, or hotel events.

The Sales Coordinator's primary office will be located at the Hampton Inn & Suites Pensacola/Gulf Breeze and will report to the Director of Sales, whose primary office is located at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Gulf Breeze Pensacola Area.
