Halron Lubricants, a trusted distributor with over 95 years of excellence in the industry, proudly serves Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota with locations in Green Bay, Wisconsin Rapids, Madison, and Milwaukee. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Green Bay team.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be a key part of our fast-moving distribution team. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products accurately, efficiently, and safely. Working closely with a dedicated team, you’ll ensure customer orders are fulfilled with precision and pride — helping drive Halron’s reputation for service and reliability.

Work Schedule
  • 4-day work schedule with rotating day off, Monday through Friday
  • Full-time, average 40-50 hours per week
  • No weekends, no nights

Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming products
  • Accurately pick, check, and stage orders for delivery
  • Load and unload trucks based on schedule and customer-specific needs
  • Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
  • Perform daily cycle counts and support end-of-month inventory
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Always uphold Halron’s safety and quality standards
  • Other special projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Prior warehouse experience (preferred)
  • Experience with forklifts and RF scanners (required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused in fast-paced environments
  • Professional demeanor and clear communication with team members and customers
  • A commitment to punctuality, responsibility, and respect
