Business Development Representative

We are hiring a Business Development Representative to play a critical role in driving our company’s growth. You will work in a hybrid role in our newly opened Dallas, TX office and will be responsible for generating quality, interested leads for our SaaS products.

If you have a knack for identifying opportunities and you would like to help transform the healthcare industry, you will want to apply for this role! This role will help you elevate your sales career within our sales organization.

What You’ll Do

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Contacting and developing relationships with potential clients
  • Identifying and mapping buyer contacts at prospect accounts
  • Establishing contact with buyer contracts via a variety of sales methods, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and events
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads as sales opportunities
  • Identifying client needs and connecting to Hallmark offerings
  • Setting up meetings between qualified prospects and Sales Executives
  • Achieving target goals which may include contacts, leads, discovery calls set, pipeline generated
  • Staying up-to-date with new offerings and pricing changes
  • Delivering engaging presentations

This is a hybrid role in our Dallas office: in office hours are Tuesday-Thursday 10am-3pm Central Time. Our office address is: 13155 Noel Rd, Suite 2400

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Familiarity/Experience with HubSpot
  • Familiarity/Experience with ZoomInfo
  • Bachelor’s degree
