Weichert, Realtors® Hallmark Properties is looking for an energetic, organized, and technology-minded Branch Office Administrator to support our busy Longwood office. No Real Estate Agents need apply.

If you're someone who enjoys learning new technology, staying organized, creating marketing materials, and helping a team succeed, we'd love to meet you. This is an excellent opportunity to build valuable business, marketing, and office management experience while working in a professional, fast-paced real estate environment.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for agents, clients, and visitors.
  • Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support the Branch Manager and real estate agents with daily administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain digital transaction files.
  • Coordinate office meetings, training classes, and special events.
  • Create flyers, marketing pieces, office communications, and social media content.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, AI tools, and real estate technology platforms.
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
  • Assist with various projects that support the success of our agents and office.
