Compensation
Occupational Therapist (OT)
• $80 per routine visit
• Annual salary option: $100,000-$120,000 (based on caseload)
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you'll help patients improve their ability to safely perform everyday activities while promoting independence in the home environment.
Responsibilities
• Deliver occupational therapy services in patients' homes
• Complete initial evaluations and follow-up visits
• Perform fall risk assessments and home safety evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (OT)
• Assist with treatment interventions established by the supervising OT (COTA)
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes with the interdisciplinary team
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Occupational Therapist
• Active Hawaii Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum one year of clinical experience
• Home health experience preferred but not required
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Active Hawaii Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
• Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred
For Both Positions
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable with community outreach and educational presentations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
