We take pride in changing lives and restoring our clients' confidence. To ensure maximum client comfort and a premium experience, our team works out of beautifully appointed, individual private rooms.
We believe heavily in ongoing education and staff development. If you have a strong foundation in traditional hair styling but no prior experience in hair replacement, we will fully train the right candidate in custom hair systems, bonding, and advanced hair restoration techniques!

What We Offer

Core Responsibilities

Perform high-quality hair cutting, blending, coloring, and styling to seamlessly integrate systems with natural hair.
Measure, fit, bond, and service custom non-surgical hair replacement systems and prosthetics.
Conduct empathetic, one-on-one client consultations in a private room setting to evaluate hair and scalp needs.
Educate clients on home maintenance, proper system care, and recommended retail products.
Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized private treatment rooms in accordance with state laws.
Arrive each morning prepared, focused, and ready to deliver a five-star experience from the very first client of the day. We are a high-end clinic and our clients deserve a team that shows up with energy, intention, and a professional presence every single shift.
Qualifications & Requirements

License: Must hold a valid Florida Cosmetology License.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salon Assistant OR a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Hair Stylist.
Skills: Strong foundational skills in haircutting, blending, and color theory.
Attributes: High level of professionalism, discretion, patience, and empathy for clients experiencing hair loss. The ideal candidate takes pride in their appearance, their workspace, and the standard of care they bring to every interaction.
Experience with hair replacement is a plus, but NOT required — we will train the right person!
