The Product Sales Representative (PSR) is the primary interface between customers and the company, focusing on managing and growing accounts while expanding market share across all product lines. The PSR utilizes a consultative sales approach to build relationships, deliver solutions, and drive profitability. This role involves preparing quotations, managing projects, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs while maintaining CRM accuracy.

Responsibilities

Develop expertise in the company's product lines and services. Master the sales process utilizing Salesforce CRM for accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Understand the processes for creating and interpreting site and equipment drawings, coordinating with the CAD department as needed. Engage with customer design and construction teams to deliver completed project drawings. Prepare accurate and timely quotes and submit orders Work with customers, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate and communicate delivery timelines. Set accurate expectations for timelines, costs, and other project details. Travel to customer sites and industry events as required. Actively participate in regional and national trade shows. Provide accurate project quotations to customers by analyzing specifications and gathering required documentation. Manage projects from conception through delivery, maintaining ongoing communication with customers regarding pricing, timelines, and other project details. Proactively identify challenges and resolve them promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer issues, including technical support, warranty claims, and replacement parts. Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records for account activities, project updates, and sales opportunities. Identify opportunities within assigned accounts to grow product adoption across all product lines. Build and execute strategic plans to expand the company's presence within key accounts.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

2+ years of successful account management, technical sales, or field sales support experience. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and growing market share within a B2B environment. Industry-related experience is a plus. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities effectively. Up to 30% travel required to support sales territory.
