Cosmetic Dermatologist / Plastic Surgeon - Hair Restoration & Aesthetics

New York, New York | Full-Time

A premier, physician-led cosmetic dermatology practice in Manhattan is seeking an experienced board-certified/board-eligible Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon with established hair restoration experience to join its growing team.

This is a unique opportunity for a physician who wants to practice within a sophisticated, fully cosmetic environment while taking a leading role in the continued development and growth of a comprehensive Hair Restoration Program.

The practice has an established patient base, strong national reputation, modern clinical environment, and highly experienced leadership team. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to combine hair restoration with additional cosmetic and aesthetic procedures based on training and expertise.

The Opportunity

The physician will play an integral role in expanding the practice's hair restoration services while providing high-quality, individualized care to an established cosmetic patient population.

Responsibilities and opportunities include:

  • Perform comprehensive hair loss evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide surgical and nonsurgical hair restoration treatments

  • Help develop and grow a comprehensive Hair Restoration Program

  • Perform cosmetic dermatology and/or aesthetic procedures based on training and experience

  • Educate patients regarding treatment options, expectations, and long-term care

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and practice leadership

  • Participate in the continued development of treatment protocols and service offerings

  • Maintain the highest standards for patient experience, safety, and clinical outcomes

For a Plastic Surgeon with appropriate experience, there may also be an opportunity to incorporate select aesthetic plastic surgery procedures as the practice's procedural capabilities continue to expand.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a physician who brings both clinical expertise and a collaborative, patient-focused approach.

Qualified candidates should have:

  • MD or DO degree

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Dermatology or Plastic Surgery

  • Direct, hands-on hair restoration experience required

  • Established post-training clinical experience

  • Experience with surgical and/or nonsurgical hair restoration techniques

  • Strong interest in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine

  • Excellent patient communication and consultation skills

  • Commitment to natural, high-quality outcomes

  • Collaborative, positive, team-oriented personality

  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

  • Interest in continued learning and remaining current with advances in hair restoration and aesthetic medicine

Fellowship training, academic involvement, research, publications, or teaching experience are highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits
