Description
The Manager, Influencer Marketing Haircare is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns for both Aveda and Bumble and Bumble. Reporting into the Influencer function this role bridges relationship management, campaign execution, and partnership activation to maximize brand awareness, engagement, and business performance.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building authentic relationships with creators and influencers while managing the operational excellence required to launch integrated marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
Influencer Marketing Strategy & Partnerships
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand priorities, product launches, and business objectives.
    Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, stylists, ambassadors, and industry experts.
  • Develop long-term ambassador and advocacy programs that strengthen brand affinity and cultural relevance.
  • Lead stylist advocacy and salon influencer initiatives that support Hair in Chairs and new guest acquisition.
  • Manage influencer agencies, contracts, gifting programs, usage rights, and compliance.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns, product seeding, creator events, and experiential activations.
  • Ensure influencer content reflects brand standards while maintaining authenticity.

Agency & Cross-Functional Management
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for influencers.
  • Partner with Creative, Brand Marketing, Social, PR, CRM, Ecommerce, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Coordinate asset production, approvals, and campaign deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.

Measurement & Reporting
  • Track influencer campaign performance, including EMV, engagement, reach, sentiment, and content effectiveness.
  • Track campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and share learnings to improve future performance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, paid partnerships, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Experience working with and coordinating integrated digital campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for beauty, culture, social media, and emerging digital trends.
