Job description

We are seeking for a skilled technician to join our team! As an HVAC installer/technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. A candidate that is ideal will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service for our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Ability to install new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems according to specification.

· To perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

· Willing to learn diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions

· Test HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with regulations.

· Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

· Keep accurate records of work performed and material used

· Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in the HVAC technology.

Qualifications / Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent

· EPA Certification for handling refrigerants (Preferred)

· Proven experience as an HVAC technician with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

· Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems and components

· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

· Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Any additional certifications or license related to HVAC systems.

· Experience with smart HVAC technology and controls
