Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Chicago, Illinois.

Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Physical Therapist that would be interested in a 12 Week, Full-Time Contract at a Hospital in Chicago, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position:  Physical Therapist 

Location: Chicago, IL

Pay Rate (Local): $73 to $78 per hour (Depends on experience)

Total Travel Package: $3,385.00/week

*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

  • Taxable Wages = $1,180.00/week
  • Weekly Housing Allowance = $1,561.00/week
  • Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $644.00/week

  Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes= $3,090.00

Schedule:

  • 40 hours/week, 5x8 hour shifts
  • 8:00AM to 4:30PM
  • Monday – Friday (No weekends!)

Duration:

  • 12 Weeks (Likely extension)

Requirements:

  • 1+ Years of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • IL PT License, BLS
  • ASAP Start

Special Notes:

  • PT will mainly work outpatient, some inpatient, small - medium sized hospital
  • Charting on Meditech
