Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Arlington, VA

Location: Arlington, Virginia
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks (with potential extension)

Join a dedicated rehab team in Arlington, VA, providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role offers a balance of professional growth and the opportunity to explore one of the most vibrant areas in the country—just minutes from Washington, D.C., historic landmarks, and cultural attractions.

Position Overview:
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards. You’ll evaluate patients, design effective treatment and discharge plans, and guide them toward improved independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat patients following physician orders and referrals
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Accurately document all services in a timely manner
• Supervise and support COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and documentation standards

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active Virginia OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Excellent clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills
