Staff Physician – Anesthesiology
Location: Racine, Wisconsin

J1 & H1B sponsorship

She Recruits is pleased to offer an exceptional full-time opportunity for an experienced Anesthesiologist to join a well-established and close-knit team in Racine, WI. This role offers a highly competitive compensation package, a collaborative working environment, and a solid commitment to excellence in patient care.

Position Highlights:

  • Schedule: Full-time with flexible shift options

  • Compensation Package:

    • Base Salary: $475,000

    • Annual Bonus: $25,000

    • Sign-On Bonus: $100,000

  • Call Rotation: 1:9 (physicians take calls in-house with a post-call day off)

  • Annual Case Volume: Approximately 10,000 cases annually

Practice Overview:

  • Join a team of 9 physicians and 17 CRNAs

  • Collaborative medical direction model

  • 292-bed facility

  • Diverse caseload (no cardiac, trauma, neurosurgery, or pediatrics)

  • Supportive, stable team that has not expanded in years

  • Excellent work-life balance with flexible scheduling options

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (ABA or AOBA)
