CDL B Driver/Operator - Rubicon, WI

Company: Austin Powder Company

Location: Rubicon, WI

Role Summary

Austin Powder Company is hiring CDL B Driver/Operators for full-time, in-person positions. This local role offers home nightly routes and a Monday through Friday morning schedule. Pay is $25 to $27 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory, load, unload, and transport product to local distribution centers and customer job sites.

  • Drive and operate MMUs (Mobile Manufacturing Units).

  • Learn and support the technical aspects of staging product in the field.

  • Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including product usage and safety checks.

  • Read and interpret gauges and regulate them to correct standards.

  • Troubleshoot and solve issues in the field.

  • Work outdoors in a safety-first culture and stay active throughout the day.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A or Class B CDL license with a clean driving record.

  • Tanker and Hazmat endorsements are highly preferred.

  • Manual transmission experience is a plus.

  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

  • High attention to detail and accurate inventory record keeping.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

  • Ability to follow written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions.
