Job description

Title: PACS Admin/Analyst

Location: Salt Lake City Utah

Length of project: 8 months

Remote - Candidates can live anywhere in the US. Must work Mountain time zone.

ASAP start date

US Citizens preferred. Green card OK. No H1B

All Candidates MUST have the following experience or will be automatically rejected:

Requirements:

  • PACS workflows
  • PACS API integrations
  • PowerScribe/other voice dictation software workflows
  • HL7 interfaces
  • Imaging modality integrations and workflows (US, MR, CT, XR, etc.)
  • Basic desktop computer hardware support
  • Windows OS support (both Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019+)
  • Data network workflows and support
  • Active Directory workflows
  • Tanium and SMP deployment solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Managing on-call support, applications service and maintenance requests, detailed tracking of all work and actions within ServiceNow ITSM system, contacting and working directly with physicians and clinical staff customers, other members of Radiology IT and central IT
  • Perform duties as assigned by the manager and associated duties that are in-line with functioning in the position of HIT analyst and PACS administrator
  • Attend and setup meetings as necessary and appropriate for work being performed, meeting customers needs with a high level of satisfaction in order to deliver on duties as assigned by the Radiology IT team's leadership
  • Be able to work standard business days M-F, from 8am-5pm, Mountain Time Zone (Salt Lake City, UT)
  • Self-motivated, work virtually full-time, perform duties as assigned
  • Likely to be no on-site trips
  • Support knowledge with: Philips Intellispace PACS, PowerScribe 360, and Windows 11 required; additional experience with PowerScribe One and ServiceNow is desirable, but not required
