Residential HVAC Service Technician - Sign-On Bonus Up to $10,000

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems in occupied homes
  • Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on HVAC equipment
  • Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC systems and components, including:
    • Furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
    • Thermostats and indoor air quality components
  • Troubleshoot airflow, comfort, efficiency, and system performance issues
  • Conduct full system evaluations and clearly explain findings and options to homeowners
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, and ventilation
  • Confidence interacting with homeowners in a customer-facing environment
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field
  • Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy)
