Job description

Do you love fitness, meeting new people, and the energy of the Las Vegas wellness scene?
Do you thrive in high-energy environments like F45, LVAC, and community festivals?

Restore Hyper Wellness is the leading retail provider of alternative health and wellness modalities in the United States. We help people do more of what they love through services like Cryotherapy, IV Drip Therapy, Red Light Therapy, and Infrared Saunas.

We are looking for a confident, high-energy Brand Ambassador to be the face of Restore in the Las Vegas community. You won’t be stuck behind a desk—you will be out in the field at our partner gyms (F45, LVAC, etc.) and local events, educating people on the benefits of Hyper Wellness and filling our appointment books!

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Face of Restore: Set up and manage pop-up tables at partner gyms (F45, LVAC, Pilates studios) and local races/events.
  • Engage & Educate: approach gym-goers and event attendees with energy to explain how Restore can help their recovery and performance.
  • Drive Results: Your main goal is to collect leads (names/numbers) and book appointments on the spot for our studios.
  • Network: Build relationships with gym staff and local influencers to keep Restore top-of-mind.
  • Bring the Hype: Maintain a fun, approachable, and professional vibe that draws people in.

Who You Are:

  • Fearless Networker: You are comfortable walking up to strangers, starting a conversation, and asking for the sale (booking the appointment).
  • Fitness Enthusiast: You speak the language of the gym crowd and understand why recovery matters.
  • Reliable & Independent: You can manage your own setup/teardown and show up on time, every time.
  • Sales-Minded: You are motivated by hitting targets and filling the schedule.

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to various events across Las Vegas.
  • Weekend and evening availability is required (when gyms and events are busiest).
  • Previous experience in promotions, brand ambassador work, or fitness sales is a plus.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base Pay:
    $16-22 per hour
  • Commission/Bonus: $10 per appointment shown additional $20 per level up membership or higher signed up from booked appointments
  • Free Services: Complimentary access to Restore services (Cryo, Sauna, Compression) to keep you feeling your best.
  • Heavily discounted IV and Skin Health Services
  •  1 Free Facial a Month

Fun Environment: Work at the most exciting fitness events in Vegas!
