Gym Team Members are staff who help maintain the smooth operation of a fitness facility. Their responsibilities often include greeting members, assisting with equipment, maintaining cleanliness, enforcing gym rules, and sometimes providing basic fitness guidance. They serve as the first point of contact for members, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment. Gym Team Members may also support administrative tasks such as signing up new members or answering questions about memberships.
