Join our vibrant team at The Mather, where we create meaningful moments every day. As a Lobby Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests—providing a warm welcome, ensuring safety, and delivering exceptional concierge services.

This is a full-time hourly position. Weeknight, weekend, and holiday availability required.

• Greet residents, visitors, and team members with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide concierge services including information, assistance, and coordination of resident requests.
• Monitor lobby area to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Support transportation coordination for residents in a safe and enjoyable manner.
• Provides administrative support for the update, storage and distribution of directories, Concierge handbook, safety and emergency procedures, parking assignments, training materials and participation, and other documents.
• Collaborate with a self-directed team to ensure seamless front desk operations.
• Demonstrate "Nextraordinary" service behaviors that enhance the resident experience.

• College or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with older adults.
• Willingness to be part of a self-directed team.
• Valid drivers' license and excellent driving record.
• Service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task.
• MS Office proficiency.

• College degree.
• Concierge services experience.

The hourly base wage range provided is a good faith estimate of what Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual hourly rate offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, certifications, years of experience, geographic location, and current market conditions. Hourly Pay Range

$20.50 - $23.50 USD
