DaBella is building an elite canvassing team, and we're looking for individuals who thrive on competition, accountability, and winning.

This is not a typical entry-level job.

What You'll Do

  • Generate appointments for our sales team through face-to-face homeowner interactions

  • Work outdoors with a high-energy team

  • Learn advanced communication and persuasion skills

  • Compete daily and weekly for bonuses, incentives, and recognition

  • Develop leadership skills that translate into future management opportunities

Compensation

Guaranteed Base Pay

  • $22/hour

Performance Bonuses
